October 30th was the deadline for payment of the assessment !

A grace period extends to November 6…..

on November 7 a penalty of $500 PER WEEK will be assessed to all unpaid accounts  !!!

Preserve your investment.
Please make your payment immediately IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO !!!

A note of clarification

I have received a few emails this morning in response to yesterday’s post..

Seems a little clarification is in order…. : )

This was a courtesy reminder for owners who have NOT PAID their maintenance

It was a blog post … which means EVERYONE got it.

It DOES NOT MEA?N that the resort has not received your payment !

IF you have paid your maintenance fee, you can just IGNORE the reminder ….

And one more thing…..

Comments to the blog DO NOT GO to the resort… they come to me ….I am the web administrator. I am not at the resort and have no access to your account information.

If and when you have questions about your account, the person they need to be directed to is Ika, the resort manager.

If you are subscribed to the blog, you will receive every post. If you want to be unsubscribed, there is an UNSUBSCRIBE button on the front page of the blog.

An important reminder…..

2011 Maintenance Fees were due by December 31, 2010.

The revenue from your maintenance fees is the primary income of your resort.

If you have not received your billing please contact Ika  DIRECTLY at  the resort immediately

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST WITH A COMMENT !

If you have not paid your maintenance fees…. your account will shortly be entered into the collection process.
A 10% late fee penalty will be assessed, without exception,  to all unpaid accounts on Feb 1, 2011 !

Protect your investment and secure your credit score.

Here is a list of the maintenance fees due for each type of unit.

Compute your own bill, if you need to. Contact Ika and and send the amount immediately.
